Waffle tubes with chocolate-covered cherries

Bake a stunningly beautiful treat and enjoy the taste! My family and I love waffles in any form, of course, I mean homemade. We cook them often - for breakfast, for evening tea, with us as a snack. Both sweet and unsweetened. I am sharing with you one of my favorite recipes for making this treat. You can take any cherry, but it's better if it's fresh or dried berries. In this case, the waffles will remain crispy. If you use frozen cherries, be prepared for the fact that the waffle will lose its crispness, but someone likes this option.

Cooking method

Cooking time: 1 h 25 min

1. Margarine should be melted and cooled in advance.
2. In a suitable container, break the eggs, mix them with sugar and whisk.
3. Pour in the melted margarine and whisk again.
4. Sift and add flour. Beat everything again with a mixer.
5. Now you need to bake waffles. Roll each waffle into a tube until it cools down, wrapping dried cherries laid out in a row inside.
6. Melt the chocolate in a water bath.
7. Dip the edges of the tubes into the melted chocolate, put it on a wide, beautiful dish, pour chocolate on top.
8. Put the dish in the refrigerator for 10 minutes so that the chocolate freezes faster, and serve with tea.

Bon appetit!
