I don't really buy cucumbers in winter, because they are quite expensive and hothouse. And in the cold season, I miss cucumbers. But why wait until summer, if you can take cucumber juice and its cake and freeze it. Cucumber juice can be added to smoothies or green detox cocktails. Cake - either in smoothies, which will give them even more usefulness, or in salads, which will give them freshness and juiciness.
The juice can also be used for cosmetic purposes, for facial skin and for hair. After all, cucumber juice is not in vain included in many cosmetics.
Many underestimate the benefits of cucumbers, mistakenly believing that this vegetable mainly consists of water and has no special value. But this is not the case. It really consists of 95% water, but cucumber also has many useful properties. For example, this green vegetable removes toxins, helps get rid of heartburn, fills with vitamins and trace elements, helps to adjust the stool, normalizes blood pressure, cleanses the kidneys, lowers cholesterol, reduces the risk of cancer, and this is not the whole list of benefits.
