Arancini - rice balls with meat filling

This is an Italian recipe for delicious rice balls with meat filling. In Italian, "arancini" is very consonant with the Italian name of oranges. Small rice balls with all kinds of fillings really look like red citrus fruits, although sometimes arancini are molded and cone-shaped.
