1. If you make a recipe with other mushrooms, such as champignons, then everything is easier. But I do with lines. The mushroom lines are very dirty. They collect sand, clay, birch seeds, etc. There may be slugs and something like a centipede inside.
First we remove the legs with a knife. We wash the mushrooms 3 times. For the first time we remove large debris - needles, leaves, twigs. Next, we wash out the sand and small specks.

2.We put the lines in a large saucepan and pour cold water. At least 3 liters of water per 1 kg of mushrooms. Bring to a boil, remove the lid and cook for 15 minutes. Some of the garbage will settle to the bottom, some will float up (we remove it with a spoon).
Pour everything into the sink and rinse each mushroom under a stream of cold water, separating-opening it with your fingers. And we do this with the lines three times.

4. Cut the onion into half rings and fry in vegetable oil. Cut the mushrooms into plates and fry until golden brown. together with the onion

5. Crab sticks are cut into strips and fried in vegetable oil.

6. Combine mushrooms, onions, crab sticks, add boiled carrots, grated on a coarse grater, and finely chopped dill, mix everything, and then fill with pumpkin oil and mix again.
