How to make buckwheat with chicken and mushrooms?

1. Peel the onion, cut into small cubes. Wash the champignons, chop them coarsely. Fry the onion and mushrooms in vegetable oil for 5-7 minutes.

2. Wash the chicken thighs, put them in a cauldron with onions and mushrooms.

3. Sort the buckwheat, wash it, send it to the cauldron after the chicken.

4. Pour water, add salt and ground pepper, cover and cook over low heat for half an hour.

Serve the dish hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
