Cake anthill of cookies without condensed milk

Easy and quick to prepare a cake for tea! A popular delicacy in Soviet times is the "anthill" cake made of cookies. However, condensed milk was sometimes scarce, so some housewives made this cake with sour cream. The taste of this dessert is not inferior to the classic "anthill".

Put sour cream in a deep bowl, add sugar, beat in a chicken egg, add softened butter. Beat the ingredients with a whisk until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Add a pinch of vanilla to give a pleasant aroma and a couple of tablespoons of cocoa. Mix and put the bowl on a water bath.
