Bright exotic salad for weekdays and holidays. Another interesting salad with Peking cabbage and shrimp in the composition, but with a completely different dressing. This dressing is suitable not only for salad, it is also good to serve baked potatoes whole or in slices. It also goes well with fish dishes.

Sour cream can be replaced with natural yogurt without additives. 

The salad will look nice and neat if you cut all the ingredients into pieces of the same size and shape (for example, cubes).
