We cook rice, for which we pour it into a saucepan and pour cold water. Mix the rice with your hands, then drain the water. Repeat the process twice more. It is necessary that the ode becomes transparent when washing rice.

Fill the washed rice with water, it should be about twice as much as rice. Put the pan on high heat, bring the liquid to a boil. After heating, reduce to a minimum, cover the pan with a lid and cook the rice for 15-20 minutes. There is no need to open the lid and stir the rice when cooking rice.

Put the finished rice in a bowl and let it cool. This is an optional step, but the cooled rice is cooked better than hot. So, the rice is cooling down for now, and we continue cooking.

Chicken breasts are washed and dried with paper napkins, after which we cut them into long cubes. Put a wok pan on a high heat, pour olive oil, heat it, then fry the chicken, stirring for 3 minutes. Place the fried chicken on a plate.

Reheat the oil in the wok pan, the heat is strong. At this time, we break an egg into a bowl and beat it with a whisk. Pour the beaten egg into a preheated frying pan and, stirring, cook for 0.5-1 minute. It is necessary that the egg grabs a little. Then put the frozen green peas and chicken cubes in the pan. Stirring, keep everything together on the fire for 1 minute.

Now add the boiled cooled rice, stir and fry it for 6 minutes. If the rice has not cooled and has only boiled, cook it for 3 minutes. We salt the rice in the process, then add soy sauce, mix. Cook for another 3 minutes, then remove from the heat and serve hot. Decorate with finely chopped green onions.
