  1. Step 1:

    Step 1.

How to make a salad with hot smoked fish? Prepare all the products listed in the recipe. Which fish is better to use? Any red fish is ideal, whether it's trout, pink salmon or salmon. Be sure to take a small bunch of arugula, it is this herb that goes well with fish, egg and dressing. You can also take other sheets, such as iceberg, spinach, romano, lettuce or corn.

    Step 2.

First of all, boil soft-boiled or hard-boiled eggs, as you prefer. Peel the red onion from the husk and rinse. Cut the onion into thin rings and pour vinegar over it. I used vinegar on herbs 5%. You can take apple or even rice vinegar and it is permissible to dilute it with a small amount of water if you do not like too acidic foods. Leave the onion to marinate for 5-10 minutes, and at this time, do the salad.

Rinse the dill and chop as finely as possible. Peel the garlic and pass it through a press, or chop it finely by hand. Add the herbs and garlic to the dressing, add a little salt and mix everything thoroughly.

Serve the salad with yogurt dressing. Put part of the dressing in a small deep container and place it in the center of the salad or put it next to the salad bowl.

  9. Step 9:

    Step 9.

Spread the remaining yogurt sauce evenly over the salad. Done!

The salad turned out indescribably delicious! We fell in love with him from the first spoon and now he will be a frequent guest on the table.

Natural yogurt dressing with lemon and fresh dill added a bright note to the dish and made the salad very harmonious and incomparably delicious.

Bon appetit!

So that the mucous membrane of the eyes is not irritated when slicing onions, rinse the onion and knife with cold water. The cutting board will not absorb the unpleasant onion smell if you rub it with a piece of lemon before slicing.

The peel from cucumbers, if it is not rough, not damaged and not bitter, does not need to be cut off.

Be sure to wash the eggs before use, as even the seemingly clean shell may contain harmful bacteria. It is best to use food detergents and a brush.
