The higher the fat content of dairy products, the tastier and more nutritious the dessert will turn out. Chocolate needs dark, milky or bitter - to your taste. Vanillin can be replaced with vanilla sugar (1 tsp)

    Break the chocolate into pieces in a suitable bowl and melt. How to melt chocolate? You can do this in the microwave in the appropriate mode according to the instructions for your equipment. Or in a water bath. To do this, put the chocolate in a fireproof bowl, place it on a pan of boiling water. The bottom of the bowl with chocolate should not touch the water. While stirring, bring the chocolate to a homogeneous melted state.

    When the pudding thickens noticeably, reduce the heat to minimum. With constant stirring, cook the chocolate mass to the desired density for 3-5 minutes. The longer the cooking time, the thicker the pudding will turn out. Keep in mind that after cooling, the dessert will become even thicker.

    I brought the mass to a state where it slowly drips off the spoon. Let the finished pudding cool, then put it in the refrigerator for further cooling for 1.5-2 hours.

Cream for this recipe can be of any fat content, but remember that the higher the percentage of fat content of the products you use, the higher the calorie content of the dish will be.
