It's easy to cook such a delicious and healthy porridge! First of all, we prepare the products, namely:

- mine, wipe dry, and then cut the avocado in half. We will only need half of this nutritious fruit. Remove the bone, and transfer the avocado pulp into the blender bowl with a spoon. The fruit should be ripe and soft;

- wash the blueberries, put them on a clean towel, gently blot the moisture on top - we don't need extra water in the porridge. Then we transfer the blueberries to the avocado;

- wash and wipe the banana dry, peel it, break the pulp into several pieces and place it in a bowl with the rest of the ingredients;

- squeeze lemon juice, pour it also into the blender bowl.

Everything! It remains to puree a delicious mixture. We do this well, cleaning the mixture from the sides of the bowl every 20 seconds so that our "porridge" turns out to be quite homogeneous. If desired, you can not puree fruits and berries so thoroughly, leaving some small pieces. In this matter, it is worth focusing on your taste. But if the dish is prepared for kids, it is better not to leave the pieces.

If the porridge turns out to be very thick, you can add drinking water. Add it one tablespoon at a time, stirring each time with a blender. If the consistency suits you right away, you can not add water.

Now it remains to shift our "porridge" into beautiful bowls and you can serve it to the table. If desired, you can decorate the dish on top with pieces of fruit or berries. You can sprinkle with chopped nuts.

Bon appetit and good health!
