    Chop the tomatoes together with the skin through a meat grinder. You can also use all types of blender for this purpose. Put the mass in a saucepan with a thick bottom. I recommend just such utensils so that the tomato mass does not burn.

    Bring the tomato mass to a boil over medium heat. As soon as it is ready, foam will form - it must be removed. You can add salt to the tomato mass - in this case, even more liquid will be released. But adding salt or not is only your decision. You can cook with or without salt.

    Cook the tomato mass on low heat for at least 2 hours. Boil it to the desired degree of density. Cook without covering the lid so that the liquid evaporates.

    Wash the jars well and sterilize them in any convenient way. I put cans of water in the microwave for 5-7 minutes. But you can sterilize them in the oven at 100 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Or put a spoon in each jar so that the jar does not burst, pour boiling water and leave for 5 minutes, then drain the water. It is enough to boil the lids for 5 minutes. Do not choose large cans: such that the paste is enough for 1-2 times.

    Pour the hot tomato billet into sterilized jars and close tightly with screw lids or roll up with a typewriter. Sterilization of such a billet is not required, but nevertheless, despite the fact that there is no vinegar in the sauce, it is perfectly stored in normal room conditions. Enjoy your meal!
