Fruit dessert of apples with sour cream and mint

Quick and healthy dessert just in time for breakfast. Instead of sour cream, you can use natural yogurt without additives and dyes. As well as Greek yogurt or cottage cheese cream.

To prepare dessert, we will need apples, sour cream or yogurt), condensed milk, lemon juice.

1. Peel the apples, remove the core, cut into slices. For dessert, it is better to use juicy sweet and sour varieties - semerinka, Granny Smith and the like with a pronounced taste.

2. Sprinkle the apple slices with lemon juice, so as not to darken, and mix.

3. Put the fruit in a whipping bowl. Add condensed milk to the apples and beat everything with a blender until smooth.

4. Put 2 tablespoons of applesauce on the bottom of the cremans, put 3 tablespoons of sour cream on top, then 2 more tablespoons of applesauce. Alternate layers until the ingredients run out.

5. Decorate the dessert with mint leaves on top.
