Step-by-step cooking

Cooking time: 30 min
  1. Step 1:

    Step 1.

Prepare the ingredients for the cake. As a rule, cookies like "jubilee" or "for coffee", "for tea" and the like are used for such desserts. We break the cookies into pieces with our hands, put them in the bowl of a blender or other chopper and turn it into crumbs. Part of the crumbs should be small like breadcrumbs, and part is large, up to 0.5 in diameter. Usually, when grinding cookies in an electrical appliance, this is how it turns out: part of the cookie remains in small pieces.

  2. Step 2:

    Step 2.

Butter is softened at room temperature. If it has not been taken out of the refrigerator in advance, you can melt it a little in the microwave. Put the butter in a deep bowl, add condensed milk.

  3. Step 3:

    Step 3.

Beat with a mixer until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Add cocoa, vanilla.

  4. Step 4:

    Step 4.

Mix or beat the mass with a mixer so that the cream becomes a solid chocolate color.

  5. Step 5:

    Step 5.

Walnuts and almonds are washed, dried in a microwave oven so that they become crispy. Using a rolling pin or a blender, we grind them into crumbs. If desired, you can use any other nuts instead of walnuts, for example, almonds or a mixture of nuts.

  6. Step 6:

    Step 6.

Put the sand crumbs and walnuts in a container with cream and mix thoroughly so that all the crumbs are soaked with cream, there are no dry pieces of dough left. We put the mass in a plate, touch it up with clean hands to make a dense, beautiful slide. If desired, the cake can be turned into a large likeness of a potato cake by rolling it into such an oval. But the essence of this will not change, the main thing is the taste.

  7. Step 7:

    Step 7.

You can arrange the cake on top at your discretion, for example, sprinkle with grated chocolate or sprinkle with cocoa powder, poppy seeds. We put the cake in the refrigerator for a couple of hours to cool. Have a nice tea party!
