Cooking method

The day before yesterday I wanted to cook such food as jelly. I don't do this very often just because most of the recipes require fresh fruit, which I don't have in large quantities at home. That's why I found a fruit juice recipe that suits me: grape jelly. I'll tell you honestly that it turned out even tastier than when I cooked jelly according to other recipes. For those interested, I'm telling you the way of making this dessert. So, we start by taking grape juice in a pack, glass (light or dark - at your choice, with or without pulp), pour it into a saucepan where we will cook jelly and put it on medium heat. When the juice warms up a little, pour pectin into it and thoroughly mix the contents of our saucepan. After that, we bring the resulting mass to a boil on a slightly stronger flame. Do not forget to stir the mixture constantly. After that, add the granulated sugar, mix and bring the mass to a boil again. After that, remove the jelly from the fire and pour it into containers, put them in the cold. When the jelly hardens, it can be eaten!
