Plum marmalade

Here is a miracle recipe for a vitamin healthy dessert! For the first time I made homemade marmalade for my daughter - it was her first sweet in life (at 1.5 years old). Since that time, I have been repeating the recipe over and over again. I share my skills with you, you can safely repeat!

Cooking method

Cooking time: 4 h 45 min

We cook marmalade like this:

- plums are washed, cleaned of seeds;

- put the plums in a saucepan and fill with water, send them to the fire and cook until the fruits are completely softened - about half an hour;

- wipe the plums through a sieve, we get a homogeneous plum puree;

- return the puree to the pan, pour out the sugar and citric acid, mix and continue to cook on low heat for 30 minutes;

- we put agar-agar in a small bowl, fill it with water at room temperature and leave it for 15 minutes to swell;

- swollen agar-agar is poured in a thin stream into hot plum puree, while stirring constantly and cooking for 3 minutes;

- we line the form with parchment and pour the plum mass into it, leave it to cool completely, then send it to the refrigerator for 2 hours.

Cut the marmalade into plates, roll it in sugar and serve it on the table.

Beauty and yummy! Enjoy it!
