Salmon rolls with cottage cheese

The delicious treat will be ready in five minutes. Indeed, a very successful combination of lightly salted salmon, cottage cheese and sesame. A slice of lemon connects and complements all the flavors in this snack. I advise you not to spare the curd cheese and put it more. The snack is guaranteed to go with a bang.

Step-by-step cooking

Cooking time: 5 min
  1. Step 1:

    Step 1.

To prepare this dish, I recommend preparing smoked lightly salted salmon of industrial production and that's why. Such a fish is cut on special professional equipment, due to which the pieces come out of the ideal thickness. Personally, I have never been able to cut slices so smoothly from a whole piece of fish. But, if you succeed, then great. You are the cook of the year!

  2. Step 2:

    Step 2.

Salmon must be viewed for the presence of bones and remnants of scales. You need to remove all unnecessary, if any.

  3. Step 3:

    Step 3.

I got salmon slices on one side with long tips. This would create inconvenience in terms of working with them, so I cut off long thin parts. They came in handy as a treat for the cook, that is, for me :) Dial a teaspoon with a slide of cottage cheese and give it the shape of a sausage. Put the cheese on slices of salmon.

  4. Step 4:

    Step 4.

Now the fun part. It is necessary to wrap the rolls, trying to get a stable surface from one end of the workpiece, and a beautiful rose shape from the opposite end.

  5. Step 5:

    Step 5.

Using a skewer, pierce the salmon rolls through from top to bottom at an angle (diagonally). Any small skewers will do: plastic or bamboo, like mine. The main thing is that they are sharp enough to pierce the roll through. Decorate the rolls with a slice of lemon and a leaf of fresh parsley. Sprinkle sesame seeds and ground black pepper on top to taste. Done!

If a whole piece of salmon is going to be used, try to cut the slices as neat, thin and uniform thickness as possible along the entire length. Otherwise, the snack risks looking sloppy.
Choose cottage cheese, not a processed cheese product! The mistake will be costly.
After you put the curd cheese on the salmon slices, wrap them carefully so that traces of cheese do not appear on the "front" side of the snack.
These rolls have an incredibly attractive lingering taste. It is almost impossible to stop eating on your own! Therefore, I can safely recommend this snack for noisy feasts, and for quiet family evenings, just to please your loved ones. In any case, everyone will be satisfied.
Bon appetit!
