Rice with dried apricots and melted butter

A light rice dish for a nutritious breakfast! Rice with dried fruits is a dish that saturates well, without leaving a feeling of heaviness. Such rice harmonizes wonderfully with herbal tea, it will be good to serve homemade jam with whole berries (cherry, strawberry, cherry) with rice. And also rice will get a special shade if you use sweet spices.

In order to cook rice with dried fruits, it is necessary to wash the right amount of rice, put it in a saucepan, pour boiling water, add salt, sugar, melted butter (can be replaced with butter).
Add sweet spices if desired, spices to taste (natural vanilla, cinnamon, cardamom,..).
Now bring the rice to a boil and cook on low heat for 20 minutes. Leave the rice on the stove for 15 minutes, turning off the heat.
Depending on the variety, the rice will be more or less crumbly, or viscous.
In this case, steamed rice was used.
Arrange the finished rice on plates and sprinkle each portion with clean raisins and diced dried apricots.
