Classic olivier with beef and cucumbers

Cooking method

1. Put the beef to boil. This will take an average of 1 hour.

2. Wash potatoes and carrots well and boil.

2. In a separate saucepan, cook the eggs.

3. Peel the boiled vegetables, remove the shell from the eggs.

4. Cut the beef into small pieces.

5. Cut potatoes, carrots and eggs into medium-sized pieces. Try to keep them about the same.

6. Finely chop the onion, pour boiling water and drain. This is necessary so that the onion does not taste bitter.

7. Slice the cucumbers.

8. Mix all the chopped ingredients, put the peas to them.

9. Add salt.

10. Season with mayonnaise.
