Cold cheesecake without baking

Excellent cold dessert - decoration of the festive table! A cold cheesecake without baking is a combination of familiar and favorite products in the form of ice cream - it will please both an adult and a child. After all, who doesn't like ice cream? However, it is necessary, like any cold product, to use it carefully. And of course, the advantages of such a dessert are best manifested on hot summer days.

Cooking method

Cooking time: 8 h 30 min

In a dough bowl, knead the chocolate cookies. Add sugar and butter. Mix until smooth.

We put a layer of the resulting mixture on the bottom of the split baking dish, form a 1.5-2 cm high side. We leave part of the "test" for decoration.

In another bowl, combine cream cheese, chocolate syrup and condensed milk. Set aside.

Beat the cream with a whisk until stable peaks, add the cheese-chocolate mixture to them and mix until smooth.

Put the cream filling on a pre-prepared base. Decorate the top.

Cover with a lid and put in the freezer for at least 6 hours.

Remove from the freezer 30 minutes before serving.
