Thick hot chocolate with starch

You can add chili pepper to the chocolate on the tip of a knife. The Aztecs called this drink "the food of the Gods" and not just like that. A fragrant and viscous drink with an exceptional incomparable taste, which is able to give a feeling of warmth and fill with energy.

I tried real sticky hot chocolate in the Czech Republic, where I went with a friend in 2010. It was the first trip abroad. Lots of impressions, lots of interesting places. But the coffee shop in Litomyshl stands apart, where a friend ordered thick hot chocolate with hot pepper. She hardly persuaded me to try it too (I was very worried about this combination) and after that I just flew away. Now the taste memories of the Czech Republic are not beer, dumplings, beer or anything else, but the same hot chocolate with pepper in a small and cozy coffee shop.
This is a basic recipe for stringy hot chocolate. However, to taste, you can add rum or cognac, chopped nuts or a pinch of chili pepper to it. I added marshmallow to my portion, which can be replaced with whipped cream. And you can add all this together and then it will be absolutely impossible to break away from dessert! Well, no way without cocoa powder and cinnamon (sprinkle on top).
