Lollipops on a stick with corn syrup

Prepare bright homemade candies and make your loved ones happy! Homemade lollipops are a good alternative to purchased sweets. Children especially love such goodies. For them, even the cooking process will seem like real magic. From the specified number of ingredients, 20 candies are obtained. And if you make them smaller in size, you may get a little more. Many housewives recommend using a non-stick spray. It prevents the mixture from sticking to the bottom and walls of the pan, and also prevents frozen candies from sticking to the parchment.

You will need chopsticks to make candies. They can be purchased at any store with culinary trifles. Also, for convenience, it is better to wrap each candy in a wrapper. It can be a transparent packaging material. It is also impossible to do without a culinary thermometer. It should be purchased by every housewife. For those who like to cook, it will come in handy more than once.

1. Prepare a baking sheet. We line it with white baking paper. You can take a non-white one, but it must be of high quality.

2. We spread the sticks on the baking sheet so as to save space. Sweets will be placed along the rim, and the tips of the sticks will meet in the center.

3. Pour corn syrup into a saucepan with a thick bottom. Here we pour sugar.

4. We send the pan to medium heat. Mix the ingredients, you need the sugar to completely dissolve.

5. As soon as the mixture boils, we lower the thermometer into it. We are waiting until the temperature reaches 150 degrees. At the same time, we often stir.

6. As soon as the temperature reaches the desired level, immediately remove the pan from the heat.

7. Pour cherry gelatin into the hot mass, mix quickly.

8. Pour the resulting mass onto the edge of the sticks with a metal dessert spoon. We act as quickly as possible, as the mass hardens quickly.

Ready-made sweets can be stuck in a glass, at the bottom of which you can pour any cereal for weighting. They will look so beautiful!

And it would also be nice to pack each candy so that they don't stick together.
