Cooking method

Cooking time: 2 h 50 min

1. Pour gelatin into a small container, fill with cold water. Leave for 10-15 minutes so that the gelatin swells.

2. My apples, peel, cut into slices (thinner), remove the middle with seeds.

2. We put the apple slices in a saucepan, pour sugar and send it to medium heat, cook for about half an hour.

3. Starch is diluted in water, stirred well and injected into the apple mass in a thin stream, stirring it continuously.

4. Then we grind the fruit mass with a blender to get an almost perfectly smooth structure of applesauce.

4. The swollen gelatin is heated in the microwave for 15-20 seconds, after which we pour it into applesauce, mix thoroughly.

5. Pour the mass into the mold, leave it to cool completely (about an hour and a half).

7. We remove the finished marmalade from the mold and cut it into cubes (for children I cut out cookie molds - it looks interesting and appetizing), roll it in sugar.

Treat your family, health to you and all the best!
