Frozen pitted cherries need to be taken out of the freezer in advance and defrosted in a colander.     Transfer the cold cream to a pre-cooled container in the refrigerator. Beat them with a mixer until soft peaks form, gradually adding powdered sugar.

    Add mascarpone to the whipped cream in parts and gently mix the mass with a silicone spatula until smooth in one direction from top to bottom. If you want, add a tablespoon of liqueur to the cream, but this is not necessary.

    You can decorate tiramisu with cherry without eggs at your discretion. I grated chocolate on a coarse grater (you can chop it with a knife), decorated with pomegranate seeds and a leaf of fresh mint. You can simply sprinkle the dessert with cocoa powder through a fine strainer, put cocktail or fresh cherries. Before serving, keep the finished tiramisu in the refrigerator for several hours (it is better to leave it overnight) to soak.

Tiramisu without eggs can be cooked without adding cherries.

If you want, replace cherries with any other berries or fruits to your taste. For example, it will be delicious with raspberries, canned or fresh peaches, apricots, kiwi.

Vanilla can be added to the cream of cream and mascarpone according to the instructions.
