Darginsky khinkal

Prepare an incredibly delicious dish! Give your loved ones a good mood! I like to try something new. The other day I was captivated by an interesting dish – Darginsky layered hinkal. It turned out to be extremely tasty, but it looks beautiful and appetizing.

Cooking method

Cooking time: 1 h 50 min

First we take up the preparation of broth. To do this, cut the washed beef into medium-sized pieces, place them in a cauldron. Fry until golden brown. We cut carrots and onions, send them to the meat. Flavored with spices, salt and add water. Beef is cooked for a long time, over low heat. Make sure that the water does not boil too much - then the broth will turn out not cloudy, but transparent.

While the broth is cooking, knead the dough. Pour the dry yeast into a bowl, pour warm milk. The resulting mixture is introduced into pre-sifted and salted flour, knead the dough. At the end, add vegetable oil and knead again. Cover the bun with a napkin, leave for 15 minutes.

After waiting for the prescribed time, divide the dough into 4 parts - each of them is thinly rolled out and lubricated with pre-melted butter. We roll up the dough layer into a roll. We cut the finished rolls into pieces of 2-3 cm and put them in a steamer for cooking.

In 30-40 minutes, the nut crumpets will be ready. We check the readiness of the meat broth. Add chopped greens. I used what was at hand - parsley and dill, but you can also put basil or cilantro.

Serve hinkal with meat broth.

Enjoy the unusual taste and aroma!
