Buryat steam buuzes

Simple, fast, delicious - there won't be a single piece left on the plate! The poses are about the same size as the manta rays, but they are prepared with a small hole in the middle. The main filling in the poses is onion and minced meat. Real Buryat poses are made from a mixture of horse meat and pork. In my version, ground beef, which is no less delicious. The dish is similar to Caucasian khinkali.
