The period of ripening of garlic arrows has come, I always pick them and prepare a snack for meat, today I want to share this recipe with my friends.My family really likes it and it's not a matter if these arrows go wrong.So write down in your k.K .

Garlic arrows are removed from garlic, cut off the tops and blanch for 2 minutes with boiling water.
We cool it under a cold stream of water and cut it as you please, I make it 15cm long at least.

We prepare 0.5 l cans - I wash and blanch, and sterilize the lids.

Cooking marinade

Per liter of water - 2 tablespoons of salt and 2 tablespoons of sugar, 100g of vinegar 9%.
Boil, add salt, sugar and vinegar, let it brew.

We put our arrows in the prepared jars tightly in layers and pour hot marinade.

We put it to sterilize for 10 minutes
Roll up the lids, turn them over and let them cool down.
