Black tea with mint

Pleasant-tasting tea with a soothing effect. I like black tea with mint more than green. I drink it only with fresh mint, but I am sure that it can be replaced with dried. I know two basic recipes for mint tea. And I like both of them equally.

Step-by-step cooking

Cooking time: 10 min
  1. Step 1:

    Step 1.

I prefer fresh mint for tea, which can be purchased at a large grocery store at any time of the year. But you can also take dried, of course.

  2. Step 2:

    Step 2.

Recipe first. Take crushed mint (fresh or dried), about 2 tablespoons.

  3. Step 3:

    Step 3.

Pour 200 ml of boiling water

  4. Step 4:

    Step 4.

    And insist for five minutes.

  5. Step 5:

    Step 5.

    Mint tea is ready!

  6. Step 6:

    Step 6.

    Have a nice tea party!

Here is the second recipe. I also added cloves to this recipe, which sets off the taste qualities of mint well.
Rinse the teapot with boiling water, pour black tea, cloves and mint and pour boiling water.
It is impossible to insist such tea for longer than five minutes, because with longer brewing, the properties of black tea will completely disappear. If this does not frighten you, then you can insist tea for as long as you like, because cloves reveal all their flavor when brewed for 15-20 minutes.
