First you need to boil the rice until it is half cooked. Mussels are boiled in salted water for about 15 minutes . If during this time some mussels have not opened, then throw them out. The meat of mussels is lightly fried.
Bulgarian pepper is washed, cleaned and cut into strips. Then fry it lightly. Tomatoes are washed, removed from the grains, as if slightly squeezed and cut into pieces. When the bell pepper is ready, add the tomatoes. Onion finely mode.
Mix mussels, rice, fried pepper with tomatoes and onions, put everything in a saucepan, add a couple of tablespoons of hot boiled water, salt and pepper to taste. Simmer everything on low heat for about 20 minutes. And now the mussels with rice are ready.
