1. In order to prepare a marinade for ribs according to this recipe, you will need honey itself. It is good if it is of a liquid consistency - so it will be easier to mix it with other ingredients. If honey is a solid substance, it can be softened in a water bath or in a microwave oven. Transfer the soft honey to a bowl or other container. Pour in a little soy sauce and mix thoroughly with a whisk.

2. Add mustard to the bowl, you can take any. Depending on which mustard you take, this is how the marinade will turn out - spicy or milder in taste. Mix everything again until smooth.

3. Citrus thoroughly rinse with warm water, dry with paper towels. To prepare the marinade, you will only need their juice. To make it easier to squeeze it out, you must first pour boiling water over the lemon, knead the fruit with your hands and roll it on a hard surface (cutting board or countertop). Then cut the lemon in half and take one half in your hands. With a sharp knife, make several punctures in the pulp of the citrus halves and, squeezing on both sides with your hands, squeeze out the lemon juice. Then do exactly the same with the other half of the lemon. Squeeze the juice out of an orange in the same way. Pour the resulting citrus fresh into a bowl with marinade and beat with a whisk until smooth.

4. Next, add spices to taste to the marinade, as well as washed, dried and chopped greens in advance. You can take a ready-made mixture for pork or spices for ribs, which are sold in the store. Or add those spices that are more to your liking. Then taste the marinade and, if necessary, add salt and ground black pepper. After that, mix everything together again. That's all! Marinade for ribs with honey is ready! It remains to pour them over the ribs themselves and leave to marinate for a couple of hours.

Ribs marinated in this sauce turn out to be very tender, juicy and slightly sweet to the taste.

Bon appetit!
