But if it seems that the drink turns out to be too thick, it can be supplemented with milk. Or eat as a dessert with a teaspoon.

Remove the skin from the banana, cut it into small pieces, put it in a bowl. Kiwi wash, peel, cut into large pieces. Apples are better to take juicy and sweet varieties. I wash the apples, peel and remove the core from them, also cut them into cubes and send them to a bowl with fruit.
With a blender, we grind the fruit into a homogeneous puree. Add honey or sugar if desired, or do not add anything if it seems sweet. Milk will soften the sweetness of fruits. Mix the smoothies thoroughly and pour into glasses. We put glasses with banana, kiwi and apple smoothies in the refrigerator for 20 minutes to cool the drink. We serve smoothies to the table. This drink will definitely appeal to children and adults, especially in hot weather.
If desired, you can add some more fruits or berries to the fruit set, the main thing is that they are combined with each other.
