Step-by-step cooking

Cooking time: 30 min
  1. Step 1:

    Step 1.

To prepare a salad, take salted mushrooms (by the way, pickled ones are also suitable), in this case, salted butter is taken. Add an apple, preferably sweet, green onions and any hard cheese, I have parmesan. As a dressing in the classic version, a good mayonnaise is taken (do not use mayonnaise in a plastic package).

  2. Step 2:

    Step 2.

I have an apple of fresh harvest without any coating, so I did not peel the skin. If you have apples treated with paraffin components, then be sure to peel the skin. Cut the apple into quarters, remove the core and cut into small slices or cubes.

  3. Step 3:

    Step 3.

Rinse the salted mushrooms, if necessary, throw them on a sieve, let the water drain. Cut the mushrooms into thin slices, if you did not initially choose small mushrooms like honey mushrooms or small champignons. They can be cut into halves or left whole.

  4. Step 4:

    Step 4.

Finely chop the peeled and washed green onions.

  5. Step 5:

    Step 5.

Cut the cheese into small cubes too.

  6. Step 6:

    Step 6.

Put all the ingredients in a bowl, add mayonnaise, black pepper to taste and mix.

  7. Step 7:

    Step 7.

Serve the salad with mushrooms and cheese, garnished with herbs, in portioned salad bowls or in general. You can also add a hard-boiled egg to such a salad.

In the presence of salted mushrooms, such a salad can be made very quickly and simply for the arrival of guests.

A minimal set of ingredients and a fresh taste will make this simple salad a frequent guest on the tables of many! And, by the way, its taste changes not only because of the addition of different varieties of apples and mushrooms, but also because of different cuts. Check to see for yourself: you can grate cheese and apples on a grater. And take pickled, salted, raw mushrooms (only those that can be eaten raw!), boiled, fried. Instead of green onions, you can use onions, not evil. And if necessary, soak it in boiling water to remove the bitterness.

Dill or parsley fits very well here.

Wash apples with a brush or a stiff sponge under running water, even if you peel them.
