First of all, you need to cook eggs and potatoes, I usually cook them in one pan. While everything is cooking, let's do other ingredients. Chop the green onion, add salt and a little crush so that it gives juice. Cut the remaining ingredients into small pieces. Cucumbers can be grated. Eggs and potatoes are cooked. Let the potatoes cool down a little, and in the meantime, the eggs mode. By the way, there is a quick way to chop the eggs very finely. You need to put some eggs in a glass and drive the knife left, right until the eggs are crushed. We put all our products in a saucepan and pour them with kvass, add sour cream and salt to taste.

If there is no kvass, you can cook okroshka on water. To do this, you can dilute citric acid to taste in water and pour okroshka. Sprinkle with chopped herbs on top and put in the refrigerator. Okroshka is ready! Eat to your health!
