Wood mushrooms in Korean

1.My beef, cut into thin strips, put in a bowl. Here we pour soy sauce and sesame oil, pour sugar and garlic powder, mix, leave to marinate.

2. Boil the funchosa following the instructions on the package, it should become transparent. Then 
we throw it into a colander and rinse it under running water, return it to the pan. Pour soy sauce and sesame oil over the funchosa, sprinkle with sugar. 

3. Quickly blanch spinach in boiling salted water for 1 minute. Then we extract it, pour cold water over it, squeeze it out.

4. Dried wood mushrooms are placed in a container with warm water, & nbsp; leave for 10 minutes. Then cut the mushrooms into strips.

5. Peel the carrots and onions, grate the carrots on a vegetable grater in Korean, and cut the onions into thin half rings.

6. Fry the prepared ingredients in vegetable oil separately: first, onions until transparent, then carrots until soft, mushrooms - 3 minutes, beef until fully cooked.

7. Combine the fried vegetables, beef and mushrooms, add the funchosa and spinach, mix. We taste it, if necessary, add soy sauce and sugar.

Lay out the dish in portions, sprinkle with sesame seeds.
