I really like sweet food, especially the one that I cook myself and from safe products. I consider vegetables and fruits to be safe. Such desserts turn out to be very tasty and they can be eaten even by small children, because they are absolutely harmless. One of these desserts is pumpkin dessert. It was his cooking recipe that I wanted to share with you now!

We start by washing the pumpkin, peeling it, releasing the seeds and cutting into medium-sized pieces. Now we put the prepared pumpkin and one quince fruit in boiling water. They should be boiled for 10 minutes, after which we take them out of the water. Now we cut the quince into pieces, remove the seeds from it. Now we put the quince and pumpkin in a blender, put honey, half of almonds and a spoonful of cream or olive oil in the same place, grind everything in a blender until a homogeneous mass is formed. The resulting creamy mass is spread in dessert plates and decorated with grapes on top, three nutmeg and almonds on top. Stunningly delicious and healthy dessert is ready!
