In the absence of ginger powder, feel free to replace it with fresh ginger root - just pre-peel and grate it on a grater. If desired, you can add your favorite spices appropriate for dessert: star anise, vanilla and nutmeg.

    Mix flour with ginger powder or grated ginger. At this stage, you can also add your favorite spices and seasonings that you like in desserts to the flour.

    Remove the core from the apples, cut into slices. If you use homemade apples, then you don't have to peel them. After all, the lion's share of vitamins and minerals is contained in the peel of apples. In the store, apples are treated with paraffin, which is not excreted from the human body. It is better to peel such apples.

    Roll each apple slice well in the flour mixture.

    Melt the butter in a frying pan. Keep the pan on low heat.

    Put each paned apple slice in a frying pan with preheated oil, fry for about 7 minutes on low heat.

I serve this dessert with honey, pour the dish on top. Honey is suitable for liquid types, in no case candied.
