Oyster mushrooms are mine, cut into pieces. The most crucial moment will be frying, since you need to fry each piece in vegetable oil from all sides so that it acquires a beautiful golden color. To do this, we put not all the mushrooms in the pan at a time, but in portions, so that each piece is fried to the maximum.
Put finely chopped parsley and garlic in a separate plate, sprinkle the greens with vinegar, pepper, salt.
Choose a container with a lid (with a lid - required!) . We spread the mushrooms in one layer, distribute part of the fragrant garlic-vinegar mixture on top. We do this with all the mushrooms until the container is filled. Close the lid and leave to marinate.
After 20-30 minutes, we open the fried-pickled oyster mushrooms and enjoy the result! Bon appetit!
