Cooking method

Cooking time: 40 min

First prepare the ingredients. To do this, we defrost the frozen honey mushrooms, dry them with paper towels, cut them into small pieces if necessary, peel the onion and cut into thin half rings. Potatoes are thoroughly washed, cleaned and cut coarsely.

Now we boil potatoes in boiling water, but not for a long time - literally 3 minutes. At this time, heat the melted butter in a frying pan, then add the boiled potatoes to it and fry until a golden crust appears.

Add honeydew and chopped onion to the potatoes with a golden crust. Stir and cook for about 15 minutes more, until all the products are ready in the pan. Before turning off the heat, season the dish with salt and pepper. To add zest and piquancy to dinner, add 2 cloves of finely chopped garlic.

Sprinkle the finished dish with fresh herbs.

Dinner is ready! Bon appetit!
