Cooking method

Cooking time: 12 h

Cake preparation:
1. Chop the cookies in a chopper to fine crumbs;
2. Melt the butter and mix with the crumbs;
3. Put the resulting mass into a detachable mold with a diameter of 22 cm;
4. Carefully tamp the mass in the form;
5. Put the cake in the refrigerator;

Cream preparation:
6. Make coffee, cool;
7. Pour gelatin with cooled coffee;
8. Grind cottage cheese with a blender to a paste-like mass;
9. Beat cold cream to soft peaks;
10. Gradually add powdered sugar to the cream and beat for a couple more minutes;
11. Melt chocolate in a steam bath or in a microwave;
12. Cool the chocolate and add to the curd mass;
13. Then add lightly warmed coffee with gelatin;
14. Mix everything up;
15. Add cream and mix gently;

Cheesecake preparation:
16. Put the resulting cream on the cake, smooth it out;
17. Cover the mold with a film;
18. Put the mold in the refrigerator for 2 hours, or even better - overnight;
19. Before serving, sprinkle the cheesecake in the form of cocoa powder;
20. Carefully walk the knife along the wall of the mold, separating the cheesecake from the mold;
21. Unbutton the form and release the cheesecake from it;
22. Slice like a cake and enjoy. Bon appetit!
