First you need to cut a fresh loaf into thin slices. Oranges and bananas must be carefully peeled and cut into slices. Calculate the size of the slices depending on the size of the skewers you want to use. Stringing slices of fruit and bread on skewers should be alternately, necessarily shifting pieces of fruit with pieces of bread. When finished, place the skewers in a preheated 200 degree oven and leave there until the bread dries. Be careful not to over-dry the bread.

While the bread and fruit are drying in the oven, you will have time to prepare the sauce for the canapé, with which its taste will be even brighter. In order to prepare the sauce, you need to beat a glass of sour cream, a glass of granulated sugar and a glass of vanilla sugar with a mixer. Pour the sugar into the sour cream gradually and beat thoroughly so that it dissolves better. When the sugar has dissolved, add the grains of a quarter of a pomegranate. And the sauce is ready!

Now put the skewers from the oven on a plate, put the sauce next to it and invite guests to the table. Enjoy your meal!

Footnote: these simple canapes can be cooked without heating in the oven, instead of fruits, use vegetables, sausage, ham, cheese - if desired.
