Classic Caprese salad with mozzarella

The salad is very elegant and bright, suitable for a festive table. Among the many cheese salads, my favorites are with mozzarella or buratta. This cheese is so delicate in taste and texture that salads with it are simply incredible.

    Remove the mozzarella ball from the brine, dry and cut into thin slices. The thinner you slice, the tastier the salad will turn out. In general, thin slicing for this salad means a lot.

    Lay out a little overlap on the dish, alternating circles of tomatoes, mozzarella and basil leaves. You can put it the way I have, or you can do it in a circle.

    Sprinkle with olive oil, balsamic vinegar. Instead of vinegar, I recommend using balsamic cream sauce. It is more viscous in consistency and soft in taste. Add salt and pepper.
