Simple, but very original, light salad for a change! The culinary recipe for this salad was invented by my friend. Vegetarians simply have to appreciate this salad. Also, this salad can be combined with meat food. And it's very easy to make a salad of Peking cabbage with soy sauce.

Prunes are washed in warm water and soaked in boiling water for an hour. We disassemble the Peking cabbage into leaves, wash it and dry it. Then cut into thin strips, salt and leave for the preparation of salad dressing. In a bowl, crush the cloves of fresh garlic with a wooden spoon. Then, gradually add sugar and olive oil to it, mixing thoroughly. After a thick sauce is formed, add lemon juice, soy sauce, raisins, finely chopped prunes and chopped walnuts. Mix all the components of the salad dressing well and pour it over the Peking cabbage. Peking cabbage salad with soy sauce is ready, bon appetit!
