    How to make chicken dumplings? Yes, very simple and quite fast. First, prepare all the necessary ingredients for cooking. If there is no fresh spinach, take frozen, but completely defrost it and squeeze out excess moisture. Wash raw chicken eggs well and dry them with napkins.

    Rinse and dry the chicken breast. Cut it into pieces and chop it in a meat grinder with a fine grate or using a blender. Transfer the minced meat from the breast to a bowl.

    Break an egg into a bowl with minced meat.

    Salt everything. It is best to salt with coarse salt, since you can over-salt with fine salt.

    Add ground black pepper. If desired, it can be replaced with white or green varieties.

    Add chopped spinach to the bowl. If you take fresh spinach, sort and remove the legs. After that, lower it into boiling water for 30-60 seconds, and then immediately transfer it to ice water and leave it to cool. Remove, squeeze and finely chop.

    Pour flour into a bowl with minced meat and spinach. It must be pre-sifted from small debris, if any, and lumps of flour.

    Pour paprika into a bowl and mix everything thoroughly until smooth. Let stand for 10 minutes.

    You can make dumplings with your hands. But if you take them with a tablespoon soaked in water, the dumplings turn out very neat and almost identical. Moisten a tablespoon with water and rake the minced meat with it to the wall of the dishes. Then transfer to a damp palm and, raking with a spoon, form a dumpling.

    Pour one and a half liters of water into a saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat, add salt. Turn down the heat to slow and lower the dumplings, taking care that they do not stick to the bottom. And don't put everything at once, they can stick together and lose shape. Simmer until they float to the surface. It will take about 5-7 minutes. Focus on your stove. Then remove the dumplings with a slotted spoon and immediately serve with any side dish or vegetables and herbs.

If you are cooking dumplings for a small child, do not put pepper in the stuffing.

Chicken can be replaced with turkey or any other type of meat at your request. But keep in mind that in this case, the cooking time and calorie content of the dish will change.

Be sure to wash the eggs before use, as even the seemingly clean shell may contain harmful bacteria. It is best to use food detergents and a brush.
