Boiled pork knuckle roll

Very tasty knuckle for the festive table! I propose a recipe for a roll of boiled pork knuckle, the filling in which is fried onions. The roll turns out to be an excellent addition to the meat slicing on the festive table, a wonderful alternative to sausages for breakfast. A roll of boiled knuckle is much healthier and more satisfying than factory sausages, and certainly more beautiful. Thinly sliced, pressed knuckle with onion minced meat is very appetizing and delicious! Serve it with hot sauces, fresh vegetables, pickles and marinades. Bon appetit!
