Beat eggs and sugar with a mixer for about 3 minutes until a thick creamy mass is formed. Continuing to work with the mixer, we introduce orange juice and sunflower oil. Pour baking powder and flour and knead the dough until smooth. Add chocolate chips. The dough is immediately poured into a detachable mold, which should be oiled and sprinkled with breadcrumbs for breading. We put the mold in an oven heated to 200 degrees. We check the readiness of the dough with a wooden stick. We cool the baked base and set a ring for cakes around it. We wash the strawberries and remove the tails, grind a third of them in a blender to puree, and finely chop the rest.

We take the peaches out of the jar and cut them into small pieces. From 500 ml of juice from peaches from a jar, we make jelly for pouring according to the instructions on the package. Mix the jelly with pieces of strawberry and peach. With this mixture, pour the finished dough and put it in the refrigerator for solidification.

Mascarpone is mixed with vanilla, granulated sugar and strawberry puree. The cream should be very thick, it is laid in an even layer on top of the fruit. We put the cake in the refrigerator. And before serving, decorate with strawberries. Bon appetit!
