Cooking time: 15 min
  1. Step 1:

    Step 1.

It is better to take a thick sausage with a diameter of about 10 centimeters. And it should be sliced thinly, you can immediately buy sliced. Garlic is cleaned and crushed by passing it through a cracker. Grate walnuts on a fine grater, put them in a bowl and mix with mayonnaise and garlic, mix everything. Cut the olives into two halves, and the lemon into four, after thin slices - the thinner, the better.

  2. Step 2:

    Step 2.

Proceed to the formation of rolls. We take one circle of sausage - our basis. We put a layer of mass of nuts on it and then spread the halves of olives in the center with a cut down. Add a little cheese grated on a coarse or fine grater, put 2 pieces of lemon and one or two sprigs of greens.

  3. Step 3:

    Step 3.

We roll everything into a tube and fix it with a toothpick or skewer. We use all the sausage and all the stuffing. We put the finished sausage rolls on a flat large dish with a pyramid, additionally decorate with fresh herbs or arrange olives around them. How to cook sausage rolls, my godmother told me, now she has shared the recipe with you.
