    Prepare a cucumber. I wash it, cut off the tails. Cut the cucumber into four parts. From each quarter we cut off the pulp with seeds. The pulp can be eaten, it does not go into the filling. The remaining solid part of the cucumber is cut lengthwise into strips.

    Cut the crab sticks into 4 parts with strips commensurate with the cucumber.

    Take lightly salted salmon or trout, remove the skin from the fish and cut into strips. If a piece of fish is large, then you can first cut part of the fish into plates and make rolls "Philadelphia".

    Sesame seeds are fried in a dry frying pan or using a microwave oven. In the microwave, sesame is fried in pulses of 20-30 seconds, stirring each time.
