Muesli Energy bars with sprouted buckwheat

Instead of sandwiches, prepare energy bars! And useful, and satisfying! If you take more ingredients, you can cook a lot of these bars at once. I use them when I need a snack - fast, nutritious and healthy. It is ideal to give them to a child to school instead of sandwiches or buns.
