If you don't know what unusual dessert to serve on the table or what to treat guests at a party – chocolate-covered cherries are perfect.
Today I will tell you my favorite cooking recipe. It takes a long time to cook this food, but the result is worth it.
I start cooking with cleaning cherries – it is tedious to thoroughly wash them, remove all the bones and pour them with 400 grams of sugar. In this state, they should stand in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
And while the cherries are soaked with sugar in a cold place, I start cooking chocolate. Purchased chocolate is not suitable for a really delicious cherry in chocolate, so I always cook the whole dessert myself.
First you need to melt the butter on the fire. I advise you to cut the briquette of oil into small pieces and stir it constantly over the fire.
As soon as the butter is completely melted, I remove it from the heat and, stirring, add sugar. When the sugar melts, I add cocoa in the same way, stir again and pour in the milk.
As soon as the mixture has become homogeneous, it's time to put it on the fire. The chocolate should thicken, after which I remove it from the heat and let it cool.
Now it remains to spread the ice cream on the cremans, put the sugar-soaked cherries on top and divide the chocolate between the cremans.
Bon appetit, and don't eat the whole dessert at once, even though it's not easy!
