I recommend cooking this dish for everyone for some holiday. Its culinary recipe is simple, and guests will be surprised how delicious the marshmallow turned out to be tender.
Soak the gelatin in 100 ml of boiled cold water for a couple of hours. While the gelatin is soaking and swelling, soak the sugar in a separate bowl, fill it with 200 ml of cold boiled water also for a couple of hours.
After that, put the sugar on the fire, boil, stirring constantly for about 8 minutes. Remove from the heat, leave to cool.
After that, add gelatin there, and beat with a mixer for about 10 minutes. Beat at the lowest speed. Add citric acid, whisk for another 5 minutes.
Add vanilla, soda. Whisk for another 5 minutes. Let the mass stand for 10 minutes.
After that, you need to put the mass on a baking sheet (use a cooking syringe). Pre-place the parchment on the baking sheet.
Pour the chocolate melted in a water bath. And put the baking sheet in the refrigerator (not in the freezer) for 4 hours.
Yummy is ready! Such amazing food will be enjoyed by everyone.
